Half Page Zine Booklet Guide
A downloadable guide
At-home printed booklets are a great way to turn your amazing game, book, or art collection into a physical product without any fundraising or expensive print runs. By laying out your document properly and providing instructions to your readers, any content can become tactile, collectible, and holdable. This guide is my method for turning small, digital content into print-ready books for the at-home printer. This includes:
- Booklet Guide Booklet - this 12-page booklet will walk you through the steps I use to turn my content into printable booklets. The instructions are available in screen reader format as well as a printable booklet, perfect for learning how to print and assemble your booklets.
- Template Files - while the guide can be used with any layout or design software, I have included a blank template for MS Word and Adobe InDesign. Use these as a jumping off point for your own booklet creation.
I'm offering these templates for free because everyone should be able to make games, zines, and art in general without having to do everything from scratch. If the templates help you out, please share them with your friends and social networks. Tips are also greatly appreciated!
For more templates and guides, check out my TTRPG Resources collection.
If you use this template to create amazing stuff, please let me know! I would also appreciate it if you pointed folks to the template so they can make their own too. If you run into any issues or have feedback, please feel free to leave a comment below or send me a tweet or DM on Twitter @mrmatthew.

Dude. I've been waiting for something like this. This makes it so simple. Thanks!
You're very welcome! I've spent a lot of time formatting these, figured I'd write it all down and share it.
